United StatesReceived wrong color, Nancy, the owner, wanted me to ship kit back before purple kit ships. I asked if return of $8 kit, made sense due to round trip shipping costs! Cust Rep Stephen said he’ll ship now. I said All other sellers reship correct product and apologize for error. He said feel free to use this kit. 2 weeks later, requested status of purple kit, Nancy and wants unit returned first. Nancy states I can’t return opened package. Everything was done via email, so clear records of all of our conversations. I told her I was not told that if I used wrong kit, I would be forfeiting my purple kit! It never crossed my mind to “feel free” to use the kit meant he was giving me permission that wrong kit WAS was now fulfilling my original order!! Nancy is too small minded to understand the power of “wowing” the customer! I would have shared the great customer experience with my friends, but now I’m sharing what a lousy experience I’ve had over a cheap $8 product. Very short sighted owner.
